My 1986 Ford Ranger.

When it was running, it started every day, and most of the time, it got to the destination with no problems.

It has the infamous 2.9 Cologne V6 with 196,000 miles, and the best part:

Yep, count 'em.

It has a Toyo Kogyo (Mazda) TK5 manual. It is one of the most rust free Rangers in Colorado. The only thing I would change (other than the drivetrain) is that I would rather have a 4WD version.

Plans, are eventually going to be a 302W and a T5, or maybe a truck bed trailer. But, its been sitting for a few years, and I've got a broken hand, so it ain't goin nowhere for a while

There are two of these rangers in my neighborhood. I'd like to 2.5ltr duratec swap them with a fox body t-5. Lightweight and modern.

And then add boost. The 2.3/2.5 can make good, reliable power pretty easily.
